shipping & delivery

Please note that the current turn around time for production of items is 8-12 business days. Business days do not include weekends.  PLEASE ALLOW TIME FOR DELAYS AS USPS/UPS IS EXPERIENCING DELAYS TO HIGH VOLUME DURING COVID-19. 

Shipping: 

All orders are shipped on Monday mornings through USPS/UPS. You will receive a tracking number for all orders upon dispatch of your package.  Please allow 8-12 business days for items to be shipped out with a 2-3 day delivery window. 

All packages are insured via USPS/UPS, however Color Skeemz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received it contact the USPS 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) or UPS ( 1-800-742-5877).

Any lost or stolen packages must be reported as a claim to USPS or UPS. 

Mail that is returned due to an incorrect address will require additional payment for re-shipping. 

Custom Orders: 

Please allow 7-10 business days for custom orders. 

Bulk orders please allow 2-3 weeks post payment. 

Ready to ship items will ship the Monday after you order. 

CUSTOMER PICK UP IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL CUSTOMERS.  A SPECIFIC DATE AND TIME WILL BE PROVIDED FOR PICK UPS.
