There are no exchanges, returns or refunds on custom items. All custom order designs and materials are presented to customers before payment. Once payment is processed your custom order is in progress. If you decide to cancel your order you will not be refunded.

All items are inspected before being shipped, if you receive an item that was damaged you will need to return the item for a store credit or a replacement item. You must provide a photo and proof that the item upon removing it from the package was damaged. If there is an issue with your order you can reach out via email. If you damaged your item there will be no refunds or replacements for the item. You will need to purchase a new item.
